Jana Bilíková is a certified coach and trainer of communication skills, mediation and conflict resolution in Czech, English and French languages. Apart from soft-skills courses, she is focused on the intercultural competences trainings – especially on the problematic of effective cooperation in the Franco-Czech business environment. Jana undertook a long-term certified programme of mediation skills and she is a trainer of the diagnostic method of the typology of personality GPOP (Golden Profiler of Personality). In her work, Jana likes diversity – as a trainer, she works not only for the top and middle management in the sphere of private companies, but she has been cooperating with several international schools and non-profit organizations.
