Communication In an Intercultural Team

Communication In an Intercultural Team

Communication in an international department is not always easy, especially when there are people from different cultures working there. This was also a challenge for our department at ČSOB, in our international team, where we have colleagues from Belgium, Hungary and the Czech Republic. To improve communication and cooperation between the teams, we decided to organize a workshop on Czech-Hungarian-Belgian cooperation in practice, which was prepared and led by two great teachers and experts in this field - Jana Bilíková and Václav Wortner from Restartup. The whole workshop was well prepared, divided into several days so that we could deal with each culture separately. It gave us all a completely new perspective on our collaboration with our colleagues and helped us to better understand and learn to respect the behaviours that are typical for each nation. It was a great experience that has definitely moved us forward. A big thank you to Jane and Václav for their great preparation and leadership throughout the workshop.

Development Program For Senior Management

Last year, we decided to prepare a Development Program for senior management, focusing on the managers’ personality, effective communication, and change management. Based on our long-term collaboration in soft skills training, we included the company Restartup in the selection process. Managerial Academy

We have been collaborating with Restartup for the third year as part of our Managerial Academy training program, designed for supervisors, team leaders, and middle management. The programs are meticulously prepared in cooperation with experts Jana Bilíková and Jitka Jilemičká, who ensure high-quality content and delivery.
