Ľubica creates and carries out complex projects aimed at identifying, and the development, of the potential of individuals, teams and organizations. She has worked with organizations from different fields, both in Slovakia and abroad. One of her clients is the World Economic Forum in Geneva where she participates in identifying talents within the Global Leadership Fellows program. Besides training, she is involved in career counseling and coaching and also has many years of experience in developing competency models, along with assessment and development centers based on competencies. She has a lot of experience with Hogan psychodiagnostics and she assists organizations in the implementation of this methodology to their talent management processes. In the last 3 years she has been applying the subject of leadership identification and development in the non-profit sector.
