As a consultant, Martin Sedláček engages in coaching, self-management skills and developing creativity. He majored in psychology at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University and he also graduated in drama education at DAMU. He has completed training in integrative psychotherapy focused on the body, a basic training in drama therapy and a training in somatic coaching. He used to work as a drama therapist at the Department of Pediatric Psychiatry in Motol and today he works as a private marriage counselor in Králův Dvůr.
He is interested in integrating drama work methods into the area of human resources and management. He executes corporate art intervention projects. He is an active theater actor.
